The higher efficiency option to furnaces. Hydronic fan coil units utilize boiler or tankless water heating water to maximize efficiency and take advantage of equipment turn-down ratios.

$169 minimum charge (first 30 mins)

West Shore/Peninsula
$260 minimum charge (first 30 mins)

Additional Labour
$130/hour in 1/2 hour increments

We do charge for specialized equipment use (ie. combustion analysis).
